What it actually does: two real tests
I tested Hostinger AI Agents on two practical use-cases: growing an existing newsletter and taking a business idea from concept to landing page.
Test 1 — Growing an existing newsletter (DevTech News)
What I asked it to do: create a newsletter strategy, a 30-day growth plan, competitor analysis, a referral program, and an SEO audit.
Newsletter strategy
– The Marketing Planner offered a short intake questionnaire, scraped my site, and returned a clear list of what I was doing well and concrete suggestions to improve conversions and list growth.
– Recommended quick wins included: build a dedicated signup landing page with archives and testimonials, add a “forward to a friend” referral link in emails, and pursue one-off partner swaps with adjacent newsletters.
– Caveat: the scraper missed some sections of my single-page React site and gave a few irrelevant recommendations — an easy check but worth noting.
30-day growth plan
– The agent converted strategy into a week-by-week, day-by-day roadmap with clear tasks: social posting cadence, outreach templates for cross-promotion, and landing page optimizations. This made execution straightforward.
Competitor analysis and positioning
– The Business Advisor scanned my site plus the web and surfaced five competitors, how they grew, and six prioritized actions to differentiate my newsletter. Some items repeated earlier advice (normal and useful reinforcement).
Referral program

Test 2 — Starting a business from scratch
Goal: evaluate brainstorming, validation, and first launch steps for a new software idea.
Idea generation and narrowing
– Using advanced mode, the agent suggested seven market ideas (examples: vertical AI assistants for trades, compliance/licensing tracking for licensed professionals, newsletter content ops tools, niche community management, AI grant writing for nonprofits, micro-SaaS for freelancers, local business intelligence). Each idea included short rationale and next steps.
Validation and frameworks
– Choosing the compliance/licensing tracking idea, the agent guided me through a validation flow and applied familiar frameworks implicitly: SWOT-style pros/cons, MVP thinking (“one profession, one state”), and suggested interviewing ten professionals and building a landing page to test demand. These frameworks are available as explicit skills in the Business Advisor, but the agent used them without being prompted to — a helpful automatic behavior.
Landing page copy
– The landing-page skill asked a few targeted questions and then produced name options (it favored one), full hero copy, problem and features sections, a three-step “how it works,” objection handling, and CTAs. The objection-handling was especially solid and anticipatory.
Takeaway from test 2
Hostinger is strong at moving a user from fuzzy idea to concrete validation steps quickly. The one-time quick-actions UX quirk is annoying (they vanish after use), but the outputs are practical and launch-ready.

– Power users who can build and orchestrate their own prompts in general-purpose models might find less marginal value.
